School principal: Touma Kobayashi> 37 yo MALE

Personality: A stern and stoic man, it is difficult to know what Mr. Kobayashi is thinking. At any time, he will maintain a professional, commanding tone, addressing everyone as if they were a soldier, falling just short of using military jargon and calling students privates. He is not completely above humor, however. He can be quite sharp with his students and sometimes catches himself showing off his skill, perhaps to reassure himself of his ability compared to these kids. He of course feels the emotions that every human feels. He is simply a trained professional of war, and therefore very good at shoving them in a tight little box reinforced against explosives charges.Under the surface, he is a thinking man, like most of us are. Recent events have caused him to reconsider long-held beliefs, that perhaps weren’t as firmly held as he thought. It is not without reason that he has not only accepted but requested his new post of principal and teacher at U.A. High.For now, he wants to get to know his students, the first generation to have a minority of Quirkless children. He wants to observe those superpowered teenagers up close, to do what he has always done: his duty in protecting his country and its people.
Combat Instructor: Mia Kearney> 22 yo FEMALE

Personality: Mia is rambunctious to say the least. A lover of a good brawl and a boost to her ego, she makes a show out of every fight she has and makes sure to put on her best show. A good strong flex of her muscles to make the ladies swoon is the best way for her to end a fight, and the cheer of a crowd can make her do more things than she'd truly care to admit.
Despite that, she is good hearted at her core, and while she doesn't respect the rules too much, she always tries to be 'good', never working with vigilantes that border on villainy, and only skirting the rules when it truly works to a true sense of good in the end. Even if its a risky concept of 'good' in the long run. Sometimes she can just be a little too focused on short term good than long term.
When calm, she's still got a lot of energy, and is a very loving person. Despite not being the type to settle down, she treats all lovers like royalty, and all friends like family, and it ain't hard for her to consider you a friend, just...never make her consider you an enemy.
She finds promise in the upcoming generation of students at UA, and is really looking forward to seeing them in the future, hoping to see them not lose their personality to the UA training system.
Science Teacher: Kotomi Tanaka> 25 yo FEMALE

Personality: Kotomi's personality seems to change from one day to the next. You're lucky if you get the same kind of personality more than two days in a row. Most would say that Kotomi has Dissociative identity disorder, however Kotomi is very much aware of her 'other selves'. It's almost as if she chose to adopt a new role from one day to the next.
When it comes to teaching, Kotomi tends to put on the 'teacher' act where she will impersonate whichever teacher she has spoken to last during her class. That means you might sometimes get the bubbly Nimue, or the strict and by the book principal.
Mathematics Teacher: Hisao Nishimura> 40 yo MALE

Personality: A grumpy individual with a very noticeable armadillo mutation. He tried to be a vigilante in his youth but abandoned this after getting his backside kicked. He opted for a teaching career instead and succeeded despite the prejudice he faced as a mutation-type. Surly and strict, it's a wonder someone with such a personality bypass would ever attempt to be a hero, but at the very least he does seem to genuinely want the next generation to do better than he did.
History Teacher: Perry P. Possum> 3 yo MALE

Personality: Usually always rather curious and looking for his next adventure or meal. Willing to trust those who offer a kind hand usually. Always accepting to a meal or a gift usually as well. If he trusts someone and isn't given reason to worry about them pending situations and behavior. He'll often give people a chance but usually at times still cautious when it comes to humans. He tends to follow those he finds interesting. At times coming off as a mooch usually snuggling up someplace warm even if he wasn't invited too. Even if he has a good stash and a well maintained base of operations still always looking for more! Wanting to always think ahead be stocked up and ready to survive. Always looking for that next tool or bit of food he needs while working simultaneously on his next invention or scheme.
School Counselor: Mosa Ganbaroshi> 38 yo MALE

Personality: Mosa can be pretty much be described with one word: Stiff. Whether it is how he acts, or if it is just his general stature, he usually follows what he is used to doing in whatever situation necessary. Unsurprisingly, whenever he talks with people, he can come out as very monotone and simple, as he talks very book smart Japanese. The only thing that really stands out in it, is that he relies a lot on honorifics and nicknames, outright calling all children as his "sons" or "daughters", as awkward as it may be. Morale vise, he thinks that any problem can be fixed, as long as you put the work in. This leads him to be a teensy bit too forgiving when it comes to first timers. However, on repeat offenses, he will start slowly becoming harsher and harsher in what he thinks is necessary.
Homeroom Teacher: Class 2-A: Mina Isayama> 30 yo FEMALE

Personality: Deep down inside Mina is a hero, the person who caused her to step up when no one else wanted to which led her to becoming one of the earlier heroes. And while she would still argue that her heroic sprit is still alive and well, many others seem to doubt it. Since becoming a hero Mina quickly leaned into the commercial, using her new position to start a career in modeling and acting. She has joked on a morning show before that if you can think of it, she has tried it since becoming a hero and if she hadn’t yet, that it was on her list. She became very indulgent in her personal vices due to being able to afford them, acquiring a taste for the expensive things in life. She used to be quite kindhearted as well, but it seems to have vanished from her, buried under the laziness afforded to her by her position. Her priorities have shifted to her extra work but Mina still feels the need to act if she see something and has on a few occasions left a shoot to deal with something nearby. Deep down she fears returning to how she once was, struggling in a small apartment barely able to make ends meet. One would think that she could look back at those times and appreciate then it was really just about doing the right thing, but instead those memories only fill her with disgust.
